Vancouver Pick-up/Delivery Options
Our professional drivers can deliver your vehicle to your address or the nearest terminal. We have offices in Toronto and Winnipeg and yards in Calgary and Winnipeg.
You can drop your car off at a terminal in Vancouver, where we’ll take care of it from there. Customers with vehicles in Vancouver, Montreal, and Ottawa will be notified 24-48 hours ahead of terminal pick-up or drop-off times.
Depending on the location, we can arrange for our local drivers to deliver your car to your address in Winnipeg or Toronto at an additional cost. For customers in Regina, Saskatoon, Edmonton, and other nearby cities in Canada, our dependable drivers will call you ahead of pick-up and drop-off times and set up a meeting point closest to you.
We assure all customers that their vehicles will be 100% insured during the transporting process. We offer a policy that waives all deductibles for an additional $150 plus tax. If you’re uninterested in the policy, you will be subject to a $500 deductible should any damage occur during the delivery time.
How We Transport Your Car
Our business can provide a quote by email or phone. We’ll send you a booking form once you’ve decided to move forward with our services. We’ll contact you once we’ve booked the vehicle and it’s ready for transport.
Our drivers take photos of the exterior and interior before and after unloading. The photos will be available on our app. After the car has been thoroughly inspected, we load it onto a transport truck and deliver it from point A to B.
All cars are strapped safely on the truck to avoid moving around during the car shipping procedure.
Once the car has arrived at the destination, our drivers will take more photos for you to compare. The photos and information regarding the delivery will be accessible via the app.
