All customers can have peace of mind as we ensure all vehicles are strapped down in an enclosed truck. This way, there won’t be any bumping or sliding around while making the trip to or from Richmond. If interested, we offer a policy that waives all deductibles for an additional $150 plus tax. Otherwise, customers may be subject to a $500 deductible if any damage occurs to the vehicle during the car transport phase.
How We Transport Your Car
For our auto transport services, you can request a quote from our helpful representatives by phone or email. Our team will send you a booking form to fill out. Once we’ve received the completed form, we can book your vehicle. All customers will receive a notification once their car is ready to ship.
It’s our policy that each driver inspects the vehicle before loading it onto the enclosed truck. They’ll take photos of both the interior and exterior, which will be available via our app. Once the driver has loaded your vehicle, it’ll be delivered to the specified location.
Don’t worry. All vehicles are carefully strapped into the back of the transport truck to avoid damage during the long trip ahead.
The car will get inspected once more after it has arrived in the requested city. You’ll receive more photos upon the car’s arrival, alongside information regarding the delivery order.
